I offer affordable and confidential counselling services to individuals, couples and families in Palmerston North. I am also a fully qualified supervisor for professionals needing supervion. Sessions can be face-to-face, online or via telephone. If you need help to set some goals, make a decision, understand yourself more, feel less burdened and overwhelmed and get your life or your relationship back on track feel free to contact me. First sessions are offerred at a discounted rate.
